We ship to UK and Worldwide.
All orders are shipped with a Royal Mail tracking number.

UK delivery aim: Next working day, including Saturdays
NOTE: Due to the current coronavirus situation, Royal Mail is no longer asking the recipient to sign for items delivered on or after Saturday 14 March 2020.

Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days
Delivery aim to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg is 3-4 working days

Worldwide delivery aim: 6-8 working days
International Tracked & Signed cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Pack Stations, because a signature cannot be captured. This restriction does not apply when items are sent to Africa or the Middle East.

* During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal.

Customs

When ordering products for delivery outside of the UK you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance and other handling charges must be paid by you, as we have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Additionally, please note that when ordering from Us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. Your privacy is important to us and we would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Return

Steel Fish Online will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed T-shirts within 14 days of the date of purchase.

Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.

Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
